1. Customers are requested to check the full details of the product before purchasing or WhatsApp 9087625012 for any enquiry like more details or any updates.

2. As all the products are handmade and consume hours of labour hard work. We suggest customer to shop for these products without cancelling the order or returning it due to other reasons. As some people also place fake orders with fake addresses after which they are cancelled or order is RTO. It is a huge loss for small artisans like us. Please refrain from placing fake orders.

3. Customers who are placing orders online are requested to send their proper address details, name and contact number on WhatsApp number 9087625012 as we are facing issue while receiving orders that the shipping address and contact details are not visible in our tab. So Please follow the given guidelines.

4. Customers from Bokaro Steel City may opt for Local Pickup. Customers outside Bokaro Steel City are requested to opt for Flat Rate Standard Shipping Charges of Rs100 per order.

5. Customers who are ordering from outside of Bokaro Steel City selecting for Local Pickup instead of Flat Rate for Shipping and not coming to the Local Pickup Destination for order pickup are requested to make Delivery Charge Payment of Rs 100 to Contact No. 9087625012 through GPay, PhonePay, Paytm. Then and only the Shipping Process of the Order will start. Or else Customer may take their time to come to Local Pickup Destination to pickup their orders and we will wait with your order.

6. Customers who will be opting for Local Pickup for their orders are requested to WhatsApp on 9087625012 before coming to pickup so that we can prepare your orders on time.

7. Customers may WhatsApp on 9087625012 for Orders to be packed as Gifts and if they want written Messages along with it.
