Damaged or Defective Products: If your handmade product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the order unboxing videos, photos or additional information to assess the damage. Depending on the nature of the damage, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exceptions: Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
