Refund Policy

Return:
1. Hazel's Creation does not accept returns. Return will be accepted only on one condition If we have sent you another item which you have not ordered or the item is not the same as mentioned in the photo and a hand made item is never the same again and there can always be some flaw or some variation in it and this is the beauty of hand work.
2. If we accept the return, the return shipping fee and any taxes or fees will be borne by the buyer. we will not be responsible for this.
3. Hazel's Creation will not be liable for any type of glass item broken or damaged during shipping. Because we try our best and packaging of items is done with quality material.

Refund :
1. If the customer returns the goods back and requests for a refund, the refund will be made on one condition: We will deduct shipping charges or any other kind of taxes and duties from that amount and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
2. If you want to cancel your order you can cancel the order only within 5 hours.
