Once your order has been crafted and prepared, it will be shipped using the delivery portal shipping method. The shipping time will vary depending on your location and Pincode. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during checkout for more information.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package's journey. You can follow its progress online to get real-time updates on its status and anticipated delivery date on delivery portal.

After this 24-hour window, our artisans will have begun crafting your product, and cancellation may not be feasible due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our creations.

Refund Policy

Returns

We only accept returns of the products in case of a major defect. As products are handmade and they can vary product to product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

We have a strict no refund policy. We only exchange your product in case of major defect, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the shipment of the product.

Sale items

All sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
