Welcome to AuthIndia! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AuthIndia website and services as an artisan or craftsman. By registering on AuthIndia and listing your products, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Registration and Account

1.1. To sell your art and crafts on AuthIndia, you must register as a seller using the provided link: [https://shop.authindia.com/my-account/].

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

Product Listings

2.1. Only handmade products are permitted on AuthIndia. Each product listing must accurately represent the item being sold.

2.2. Sellers must use their own original images for product listings. Use of copyrighted or unauthorized images is strictly prohibited.

2.3. AuthIndia reserves the right to review and moderate product listings for compliance with our guidelines and remove any listings that violate intellectual property rights or breach our policies.

Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. Sellers retain ownership of their designs and intellectual property rights.

3.2. By listing products on AuthIndia, artisans grant AuthIndia the right to use the product images for promotional purposes related to the website and services.

Pricing and Payment

4.1. Sellers have full control over setting the prices of their products.

4.2. AuthIndia will deduct a flat 5% commission (including all taxes) from the total sales price of each transaction.

4.3. Online payments will be accepted for orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Shipping and Returns

5.1. Sellers are responsible for handling shipping and delivery of orders promptly.

5.2. Individual Sellers must specify their shipping policies, including estimated delivery times and any applicable shipping charges.

5.3. Returns and cancellations, if accepted, must be managed by the Sellers. AuthIndia is not responsible for processing returns or refunds.

5.4. If AuthIndia gets queries from International customer/bulk orders, sellers will be approached by our team to fulfil the order.

Customer Reviews and Ratings

6.1. Customers may provide reviews and ratings for products and artisans.

6.2. AuthIndia encourages genuine and fair feedback from customers.

6.3. AuthIndia reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate our guidelines or are deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

Dispute Resolution

7.1. Disputes arising from returns, cancellations, or any other issues must be resolved between the customer and the respective seller directly.

7.2. AuthIndia will not be responsible for resolving disputes between customers and artisans.

Termination of Accounts

8.1. AuthIndia reserves the right to terminate or suspend a seller's account in cases of fraudulent activities, misuse, violation of policies, or non-compliance with these Terms.

Please note that these Terms may be updated or modified by AuthIndia at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this site.

By registering on AuthIndia and listing your products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future updates or modifications.
